■ 채용 방식

◦ 1단계 서류전형(블라인드 지원서)

2배수 선발, 지원서류로 적합성 평가

◦ 2단계 면접전형(블라인드 면접)

최종 1명 선발, 비대면 평가(화상회의)

※ 블라인드 채용: 채용과정(응시원서·면접) 등에서 편견이 개입되어 불합리한 차별을 야기할 수 있는 출신지, 가족관계, 학력, 외모 등 항목을 걷어내고, 실무(직무능력)을 평가하여 인재를 채용하는 방식을 의미함 ※ 전형 단계별 합격자에 한하여 다음 단계 전형에 참가하며, 적격자가 없을 경우 채용하지 않을 수 있음
