2. Checking out procedure

1 ) Check out

- Apply for moving out inspection to GIST House Student Council¹ > Inspection completion > Submit the check out form² to GIST House manager > Checking out completion

※ You might get penalties if you stay at dorm after moving out inspection, submit a check-out form and check out immediately.

※ Those who move out of the Dormitory must submit a "moving-out of Dormitory form" to complete the checking out procedure, and dormitory fees may be charged if not submitted

² Check out form (Refer to the attached file or it is placed in the GIST House manager’s office)

Q. How do I take “Moving-out checking” if one person leaves the room and one person stays?

A. The person who planning to move out, need to apply for the “Moving-out checking” and proceeds with the examination

For those who can enter the Dorm in the future, it is necessary to clean spaces (toilet, entrance, etc.) that are commonly used (beds, desks, etc.) in accordance with the maintenance inspection standards, and to clean spaces used by individuals (beds, desks, etc.) in accordance with the moving out inspection standards
