<★ Important Notice >

1. As of 2023.06.01. all the entrants are free from the quarantine and the obligation for PCR screening after their entry. However, following the guidelines of GIST, you should conduct the professional antigen test or self diagnosis testafter entering the country. Please monitor your health status, wear a mask at all times, refrain from using public facilities and private gatherings for 5 days from the date of entry.

 

2. If the test is positive, following the guidelines of GIST, you should have 5 days of quarantine. During these 5 days, attending classes or visiting laboratories is not allowed.

※ Students staying in married student apartments can stay in their rooms for the quarantine.

※ Students can also apply for a room for quarantine. (If there are no vacancy, you cannot apply.)

 

3. Apply

- Weekdays(9AM-6PM): The section of student services (T.3603, uhousing@gist.ac.kr)

- Outside business hours & Weekend: GIST College dorm manager office (T.5800)

 

4. Facility usage information

- Do not go out except for meals and hospital treatment

- Meals are not provided. Please use the cafeteria or delivery.

- A usage fee of 88,000 won will be charged. (usage fee may increase in case)

- If you rent a blanket, a laundry fee of 20,000 won will be charged.

 

We(Section of Student Records) notify 'Leave of absence' and 'Reinstatement' for the 2023 Fall semester.
