KBS Symphony Orchestra Recital held to celebrate the start of a new undergraduate program

 

A special recital by the KBS Symphony Orchestra was held at 7 p.m. Tuesday,

March 2^nd  to commemorate the establishment of the GIST undergraduate program. 

 

In honor of the matriculation ceremony and the first-ever entrance of freshmen students, a groundbreaking ceremony to signal the start for the new undergraduate program was held on the morning of the same day.

 

Held to celebrate a significant first step in the advancement as a first-rate university not only domestically but internationally, the recital was attended in large numbers by the freshmen students of the GIST undergraduate program and their parents, GIST faculty, students and local residents, filling the entire 530 seats in the auditorium.
 
The entire proceeds of the ticket sales, amounting to 723 thousand won went the GIST Development Funds.
