On February 28, 2013, the 2013 spring term orientation for new foreign students was held at 10:30am in room 103 of Oryong Hall.

   A presentation on the campus life of Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology (GIST/ President Young Joon Kim) and drawing up important documents was provided for new foreign students who came to Korea.

   In this year’s 2013 spring term, a total of 9 foreign students for doctor’s course, including 1 student going up from master’s course to doctor’s course, 8 foreign students for master’s course, and 2 foreign students for master’s and doctor’s integrated course entered GIST.
