26 Local CEOs Gathered to Share Ideas for Promoting Exchanges and Cooperation

GIST Technology Institute (Director: Prof. Park, Kyi Hwan) held G-Biz Day 2014 for business leaders in the Gwangju City and Jeonnam Province on December 17.

At the meeting attended by Director Park of GTI, CEOs of 26 local businesses, and other professionals involved in industrial-academic cooperation, GTI gave presentations on its programs to provide technological and business assistance to local companies, and local business leaders talked about the technical difficulties they have and suggested practical ways GIST could provide help.

Director Park said, “What’s important is for GTI and local business leaders to sit down together, devise feasible projects together, and carry them out together. We will team up with other institutions in Gwangju-Jeonnam to build a unified support service platform for companies in the region.”
