Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology (GIST· President, Kim Young-Joon), School of Environmental Science and Engineering, Prof. Kihong Park (42), was selected for editor in Aerosol Science and Technology (AST), a representative journal of aerosol engineering.

U.S. Aerosol research society said “We selected Prof. Park as an editor, highly appreciated by his recent research outcome. Now, AST’s Korean editor is only him.”

AST published in U.S. is a representative scientific journal of all chemical-engineering fields which have a big influence. Especially for estimating Aerosol, and monitoring part, AST is the only journal officially approved by U.S. Aerosol research society, famous for strict thesis selection process. Prof. Park published 3 Theses at AST this year.
