Professor Chun Taek Rim has been appointed as a member of the Presidential Policy Planning Committee

□ Professor Chun Taek Rim of the School of Integrated Technology at the Gwangju Institute of Science an Technology (GIST, President Seung Hyeon Moon) was appointed as a member of the Presidential Policy Planning Committee on December 15, 2017.

□ The Policy Planning Committee was established directly under President Jae-In Moon and serves as a bridge between government departments and the Blue House in planning and coordinating the top 100 national projects.

o Professor Chun Taek Rim participates in forming energy and industrial policies, focusing on the development of five new industries that can replace renewable energy and existing mainstream industries.
