GIST signs MoU with TBN Gwangju Traffic Broadcasting and Nambu University
□ On October 17, 2017, the Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology (GIST, President Seung Hyeon Moon) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with TBN Gwangju Traffic Broadcasting and Nambu University to create jobs in the region that will help promote the next generation transportation culture.
□ With the conclusion of the agreement, GIST will cooperate with the development of advanced transportation technology and broadcasting content necessary for the 4th Industrial Revolution based on the results of current research, and GIST plan to develop strategies for the future direction of regional industries and job creation.
□ President Seung Hyeon Moon said, "As the three institutions have decided to work together to create a future-oriented transportation culture with an emphasis on job creation, the new government in Seoul is hoping that this will be a good model for regional development."
