The Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology has the following employment opportunity for qualified applicants:

Contract Post-Doc. Researcher.

■ Employment Description and Applicant Qualifications

Research	1 Person	- Power systems - Energy management system - Power electronics	① A doctoral's degree or equivalent ② Electrical or electronics or computer engineering major
Priority Consideration	① Veterans and the disables will be given preferential consideration according to the law ② Preferential treatment for English speakers
Disqualifiers	① A person subject to Article 33 or the National Public Service Act

■ Hiring Process

◦ Step 1: Document Screening

i) Selection criteria : the excellence of candidate’s publication record

ii) 2 x the number of openings (2) will be selected

◦ Step 2: Personal Interview

i) Background knowledge and command of English will tested in the phone interview

※ Applicants will only be offered an interviewed if they successfully pass the initial document screening process.
