Scientist

This role is responsible for supporting and/or leading global product development from explore to execution to identify and deliver desired consumer benefits.

Perform as a team member on a large research or development project, or as a leader of small development projects, carrying out assignments in a timely, diligent and professional manner

Employ innovative approaches based on available scientific knowledge to projects moderate in scope, with narrowly defined objectives, and short-range working on a highly limited, specialized area of knowledge

Manage self in accordance with the expected behaviors of Kimberly-Clark Leadership Qualities

Bachelor or Master’s degree

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (Engineering, Chemistry, Life Sciences, Social/Behavioral Sciences etc.) and typically 1-3 years of experience and/or combinations of advanced degrees and lesser amounts of relevant experience.

Demonstration of ability to direct/lead the development ideas leading to new or improved products, processes, materials, and systems

Proven ability to drive decision making and demonstrate creative problem solving

Ability to effectively communicate to individuals and groups on a global scale

Related experience preferred
