[ 자격요건]

-     통계학과 및 통계 관련학과 학사 및 석사(우대) 학위 기졸업자 및 2017년 2월 졸업 예정자

-      SAS 및 R 프로그램을 이용하여 데이터 분석 및 데이터 시각화 프로젝트 수행이 가능한 자

-      학점 3.0 이상

[ Main Purpose of the Job ]

• The (Associate) Reimbursement Analyst will provide support as required. Primary responsibilities will obtain reimbursement price, coding and coverage management, negotiation support and analysis, and drive reimbursement databases and reports.
• To ensure that the Company’s agreed quality standards are maintained with regard to its products, procedures, policies, operations and customer contact.
• To ensure that Medtronic products are smoothly utilized in healthcare market through reimbursement coverage and patient access

[ Key Responsibilities ]

• Work within and actively promote Medtronic’s core mission, corporate strategies, policies, procedures and Code of Conduct.

• Obtain favorable reimbursement price, coding and coverage from the Korean reimbursement authorities.

a)     Liase with RA and SBUs to identify new products and streamline the new product launch process. The health technology assessment (HTA) / reimbursement-related materials from SBUs, RA, Source Companies and other affiliates are consolidated and prepared to meet the National Health Insurance regulation specified by the reimbursement authorities.

b)     Present Medtronic technology products to the decision makers and negotiate the reimbursement price, coding and coverage with the authorities as well as HTA.

• Develop HTA/reimbursement strategy and propose health policies to the healthcare stakeholders and decision makers.

a)     Develop HTA/reimbursement strategy especially for the new medical technologies to facilitate the access to the patients with the SBUs.

b)     Propose health policies to the stakeholders and decision makers by raising the issues of the current healthcare industries and providing alternative solutions to them.

• Comply with the clinical research related processes to meet the regulatory authority requirements for the new product launch and post-market research. Clinical research activities are linked to the HTA/reimbursement purpose for the health economic outcomes studies, if adequate.
