SeaHERO2 (Seawater High Efficiency Reverse Osmosis O&M Research; Director – Professor In Soo Kim of GIST School of Environmental Science and Engineering) held its first-year kickoff meeting on February 6 at Baegam Hall of GIST.

For five years through 2019, SeaHERO2 will be carrying out a wide range of research projects aiming at process optimization for seawater desalinization plants.

The first-year kickoff meeting was attended by more than 30 professionals in related fields, including representatives from the Korea Agency for Infrastructure Technology Advancement, Doosan Heavy Industries & Construction, and Hankuk University of Foreign Studies.
