About the role

Focus on improving performance by supporting and optimizing business processes and delivering strategic insights on pharmaceutical markets and competitors. The person works closely with other business functions such as SFE (Sales Force Effectiveness), Sales & Marketing, Key Account Managers and external data providers.
This person in this role should also work closely with the regional/global IT team.

[Responsibilities]
- Maintaining sales performance tracking system based .Net
- Maintaining CRM system based on Veeva(salesforce.com) with regional IT team and local SFE team
- Data analysis and optimization : Analyze complex data from multiple sources while working with business partners from other departments to suggest improvements that will have immediate impact to the business
- Reporting tools and metrics : Use the knowledge of BI technologies to develop reports and metrics that will present actionable insights to teams across the business.
- Technical studies and process improvement : Work on ad-hoc projects to explore new technologies to improve the process of developing data-driven insights.
- Communication with the regional and global IT teams as a member of the North Asia IT team

[Requirements]

- Less than 5 years of IT working experience
- Experience in .NET programming is required
- Knowledge of database management
- DB design, Normalization, Performance tuning
- SQL language, Stored Procedure, SQL query tuning
- Experience in salesforce.com is preferred

- Knowledge and understanding of the Pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
- Degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics or a technology-related subject


2. Sr. IT Specialist - Digital Marketing

About the role
The primary role of this position focuses on Digital Marketing. He/she will work very closely with the Marketing function as well as the Asia Pacific Regional Digital CoE team to support Digital Marketing activities at local and regional level. As an IT Lead, he/she will also manage various IT projects including, but not limited to, Digital Marketing related systems in the North Asia (Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong) cluster.

[Description]
- Act as an IT Project Manager for Digital Marketing systems like HCP portal, Web sites, Social Media and etc.
- Project Management includes managing 3rd-party vendors, documenting the project according to J&J’s SDLC and leading meetings with many business stakeholders.
- Act as an IT consultant for the other functions in the organization to provide and recommend the most appropriate IT solution for the business needs.
- Lead business partners to plan and drive their Digital initiatives in compliant manner.
- Active participation in the Asia Pacific Digital Center of Expertise to bolster Digital capabilities of the IT teams in Asia Pacific and to contribute to the business growth.
- Work as the local Project Coordinator for Regional or Global IT projects.
-Manage IT systems and support the end-users for new requirements as well as trouble shooting.

[Requirements]
- Proven knowledge and experience in Digital Marketing.
- Proven experience in Multi National Company, and multi-cultural environment.
- Knowledge of Web Content Management and the related platforms (e.g. Drupal, Veeva Vault, MS SharePoint)
- Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Omniture, Web Trends)
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Creative thinking and self-motivating mindset
- Degree in IT or technology related subject
- Fluency in English (both in Written and Verbal)
- Knowledge about the Health Care industry is an advantage
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Minimum 6 years solid and reputable experience in IT business partner/ IT consultant
