Job Description : Supply Chain Planning & Operation Management

-          Supply Chain planning role responsible for meeting internal/external customer service requirement capitalizing on the optimal production planning and inventory management in addition to driving the cost saving via efficient supply chain management.

-          Be the supply chain manager representing Product Supply to the business team, the manufacturing sites and 3^rd party logistics companies, and manage 3^rd party logistics companies to drive supply chain optimization and customer satisfaction.

-          Plan/Adjust product supply plan to support business requirements while delivering fundamental supply chain performances of Customer service/Inventory/Cost.

-          Continue to drive improvement of supply chain performances via leadership, strategic thinking and innovation & follow-through to contribute to business.

-          Lead Execution planning (Manufacturing and secondary packaging) by integrating short/long term demand and customer requirements with Rough Cut Capacity Planning for operation capacity and capabilities

-          Lead Initiatives management from initial stages to product introduction and introduction to the market in terms of supply chain.

-          Lead Cost saving projects and supply chain optimization by working with various sourcing plants outside and Korea Supply chain driven value creation by working with local/regional counter-parts

-          Identify existing losses, prioritize and lead problem solving and develop yourself and team.

§  2차 필기시험: 3월 4일 늦은 오후 예정
