■ REQUIREMENTS

-         BS degree in the mechanical or automotive engineering

-         Fluent in written and spoken English & Korean

-         Excellent MS Office (MS word, Excel, and PPT)

-         Minimum 1 years of experience in Automotive industry, Mechanical Engineering or Workshop preferred But, candidate with no experience can also apply to the position if the candidate received relevant tertiary education : Major in mechanical or automotive engineering etc.

-         Automotive engineering ( Power train, Chassis, Electronic & Electrical system and Air condition )

■ JOB OBJECTIVES

-         Technical support to assist diagnosis of defective vehicles and repair work for the dealers

-         Providing updated technical information to the dealers 

-         Communication with head quarter to solve the unknown technical problems

Feedback technical quality issue to head quarter

-         Sharing the known defects and remedies with all dealers and MBK colleagues

-         Supporting the warranty processes & inquiries and the serious customer complaint from the technical point of view
