ㅇ 개요

- 박사과정 우대하는 안

- A그룹의 연차초과 제한 없음

- 거주 제한기간: 1년 (Period of Occupancy: 1 year)

- 공실 발생 시 입주자격은 각 그룹의 예비 순위대로 자격을 부여함

- 석박사 통합과정의 경우, 통합과정 6학기를 박사과정 2학기로 간주함

 

ㅇ 배정 대상

- 신청대상: 박사과정 2학기 이상, 석박사 통합과정 6학기 이상 재학생 (2024년 3월 기준)

Eligibility: Ph.D. students who are over the 2nd semester or MS-Ph.D over the 6th semester (as of March, 2024), are eligible to apply.

Process: Application Submission by Internet within Periods → Lottery Drawings → Result Announcements → Dormitory Check-in

 

ㅇ 신청 및 추첨일정 (Schedule)

- 신청기간: 2024. 1. 9 ~ 1. 14 (Application: Jan. 9 ~ Jan. 14, 2024)

- 추첨: 2024. 1. 16 2:00 pm (Date of the drawing: 2:00 pm Jan. 16, 2024)

- 퇴사 및 입주기간: 2024. 2. 17 ~ 2024. 2. 23

(Dormitory Check in and out: Feb. 2 ~ Feb. 21, 2024)

- 예비자 입주는 생활관 학생팀을 통해 후보자들에게 개별 연락
