Please be aware of the information on easing mandatory PCR test for residents admitted into student residential facilities determined by the CV-19 Emergency Response Working Committee as follows today (Thursday, April 14th).
1. The mandatory PCR test for new residents and returnees after visiting other regions is maintained. Please understand that we are trying to proactively block the possibility of CV-19 occurrence in mass residential facilities with high crowds by refraining from unnecessary travel.

※ If there is a justifiable reason for an official travel, an exception to the obligation to submit the PCR test results and the limit to the number of refunds for actual expenses may be made (check the attached confirmation of the official business trip).

· Submission of negative PCR test result, receipt, a bill of the actual expenses of PCR test (in case it is difficult to conduct the free test, statement of reason why free test could not be conducted , account information, etc. Check the attached file) to the dormitory inspector’s office · Reimbursement of actual expenses up to 80,000 won within 3 months from the date of claim |
