ㅇ 배정 개요

- 박사과정 우대하는 안

- A그룹의 연차초과 제한 없음

- 거주 제한기간: 1년 (Period of Occupancy: 1 year)

- 공실 발생 시 입주자격은 각 그룹의 예비 순위대로 자격을 부여함

- 석박사 통합과정의 경우, 통합과정 6학기를 박사과정 2학기로 간주함

 

ㅇ 배정 대상

- 신청대상: 박사과정 2학기 이상, 석박사 통합과정 6학기 이상 재학생(2020년 3월 기준)

Eligibility: Ph.D. students who are over the 2nd semester or MS-Ph.D over the 6th semester (as of March, 2020), are eligible to apply.

2. 신청방법 및 절차 (Process and Schedule)

 

ㅇ 신청서 배부 및 접수처: 생활관 1동 관리실

Application forms are available at the Dormitory 1 Office.

 

ㅇ 생활관 1동 관리실에서 신청서 제출 → 접수증 배부 → 공개추첨 → 당첨 공지 → 입주

Process: Application Submission at the Dormitory 1 Office → Creation of Application Number → Lottery Drawings → Result Announcements → Dormitory Check-in

 

ㅇ 신청 및 추첨일정 (Schedule)

- 신청기간: 2020. 2. 12 ~ 2. 21 (Application: Feb. 12 ~ Feb. 21, 2020)

- 추첨: 2020. 2. 24 4:30 pm (Date of the drawing: 4:30 pm Feb. 24, 2020)

- 추첨장소: 8동 1층 휴게실 (Drawing: 1st floor lounge of Dorm. 8)

- 퇴사 및 입주기간: 2020. 3. 3 ~ 2020. 3. 9

(Dormitory Check in and out: Mar. 3 ~ Mar. 9, 2020)

- 예비자 입주는 생활관 사감실을 통해 후보자들에게 개별 연락

(2nd check-in is going to be informed to candidates by dormitory officer)
